Yes it can. You will need your electronic keycode (keycard).

The problem with odometer occurs only when WRITING to ECU or dashboard. FES only reads. You cannot see the changes in map with galletto if only the dashboard (km) has been changed (lowered). ECU odometer is some kind of protection and/or indicator of unauthorized ecu or dashboard write and it cannot...

How do you know that? Because multiecuscan says so?
I have mg/i in program too but the actual values in real are in kg/h... Desired values are in mg/i, that why you get only 10-20%...
