none. proxi should not effect your tune unless you messed it up so badly that it doesn't know what engine car has.
most likely something wasn't properly done in tune.

if it's the same box - of course. it won't even give ISO code fault when connecting.

because you can't deactivate it. in theory you should be able to deactivate after doing some changes to wiring. but that's just in theory.

Does this mean the ducato has no SGW and I can modificatie things or does it mean it has een intergrated one that can not be bypassed and only can be programmed with a SGW license key? compare both proxi configs and see what differences you got.

both Giulia/Stelvio use same adapters blue/grey to access all ECUs. if you can't access it even without adapters it's either there is something wrong with your OBD connector or someone installed SGW bypass with separate OBD connector.

sorry, typing mistake - byte 91. not sure if it will change anything or will any have effect.

check also byte #91 bits 4-7. looks like it should take same value for tank. if #60 is 03 then #91 should be 3X

same cluster connectors don't mean pin out is the same on old and new clusters. check wiring diagrams.
