If after an failed Proxy allignment, you can go to the home screen, and press the pdf icon in the lower right corner. This file will tell you what the car doesn't like about the current proxy code.

Exactly what Shpuncik says. The 2020 manufactory date Ducato (2.3, 9hp gearbox, adblue) from our company doesn't have an SGW.

Start stop function off you can not do with Multiecuscan, you need to go to an ECU tuner.

Hmmm if it is an air measuring problem, you can disconnect the MAF sensor. (round tube with sensor directly after air filter) The car will go in a sort of worst case MAF senario, it will start and run but will throw an engine code. An stuck EGR can cause a crank no start!! When this kind of problem occurs, the first step is to check the basics. It happenned during the reset, but it can be something else. Are the injectors codes present in the engine ECU? (the unique code each injector has) And you seem something odd in the engine parameters? Especially at the Engine E...
