Really pleased you have solved/found the problem.
I only use OBDLink SX with MES and apart from a very early issue which Yani solved with some later vehicles requiring fast link connection I have not had any issues.

Re: Fiat 500C 0.9 Twinair Proxy Alignment Issue
Some things to check: o Are you sure you don't have and Security Gateway (SGW) on your car(s)? o Early non integrated into Body Computer Module (BCM) SGW units blocked all write / proxy functions o Later SGW integrate into BCM may only be blocking some write functions, like Proxy and other configura...

Try without the Yellow adapter cable. I believe vLinker does all the necessary pin configurations without the use of adapter cables. The adapter cable is most likely stopping / re-routing communication.

Re: Data file error
I have not seen this mentioned before. All I can suggest is that you uninstalled MES and then install V4.7 again. Before uninstalling I would look at the MES install and data locations and copy all you find to a separate directory, preferably on a separate drive/USB stick. Since V4.7 I suspect a lot...

Your license expiration is just for updates. Your software vehicle support will be as per your last update.
You should get back to MES support again. Don't give up!

I'm sorry / sad you have not had a response from MES Support.
I suggest you try again. Yani is normally pretty good a responding to support Emails.
Please note I'm just the only active moderator here.

Re: Problem with OBDLink MX+, EX
I have and OBDLink SX USB interface and this has always worked for me.
Never used bluetooth with MES.
Which people are you fed up with? MES support or OBDLink support.
If MES have you contacted support directly via Email and also sent them the MES connection log?

Re: Odb interface
I don't think VGATE supports the older KKL/VAG protocol. ELM interfaces don't either.
See here: https://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx
Scudo requires KKL interface.
Fortunately KKL interfaces are not expensive and unlike ELM the various KKL versions always work.

Re: FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES DE-MYSTIFIED (READ HERE)
The resistor has to be REMOVED. Technically the resistor is a Bus Terminator. All CAN-Bus have to have a termination of 120 ohms. However this termination is already present on the Body Computer so having two terminations kills / reduces the data signal. Hence the need to remove the terminator in th...
