I'm sorry / sad you have not had a response from MES Support.
I suggest you try again. Yani is normally pretty good a responding to support Emails.

Re: Problem with OBDLink MX+, EX
I have and OBDLink SX USB interface and this has always worked for me.
Never used bluetooth with MES.
Which people are you fed up with? MES support or OBDLink support.
If MES have you contacted support directly via Email and also sent them the MES connection log?

Re: Odb interface
I don't think VGATE supports the older KKL/VAG protocol. ELM interfaces don't either.
See here: https://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx
Scudo requires KKL interface.
Fortunately KKL interfaces are not expensive and unlike ELM the various KKL versions always work.

Re: FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES DE-MYSTIFIED (READ HERE)
The resistor has to be REMOVED. Technically the resistor is a Bus Terminator. All CAN-Bus have to have a termination of 120 ohms. However this termination is already present on the Body Computer so having two terminations kills / reduces the data signal. Hence the need to remove the terminator in th...

3-Pin connector. That sort of makes sense. Many of the older Fiats use either all 3-Pin, or a mix of 3-Pin and OBDII 16 pin connectors. I suspect but can't say for sure that the 3-Pin connector is probably located in the engine bay or around the gear select lever. With the 3-Pin connectors then each...

Check you car here: https://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx I'm a little confused by your post as you say you are using the Green Adapater Cable (Pin 9) and can with this connect to other systems including ABS and Airbag but the only systems that use Green / Pin 9 are the Automatic G...

Try using a slower BAUD rate. Try 9600 and other rates.

Re: No Connection to ECU via K-Line Adapter – Fiat Barchetta
Are you sure you have the correct COM port. To check go to Windows Device Manager and see which port the KKL interface is actually connected to. These is also in MES settings the Scan For Interfaces button. If you can see the KKL device in Device Manager but MES can not locate then you need to resol...

Re: ECU ISO not Recognised Fiat Ducato
As for work involved I have no idea. Generally new ISO codes are generally (I think but don't know for sure) New ECU makes/model or updated ECUs to comply with legal/other requirements. The ISO code (I think) is if you like a hardware/software version reference number. If new ECU then potentially a ...

Re: My 2020 Ducato Euro6d 180bhp ISO Codes
Send an Email to support@multiecuscan.net quoting your vehicle, ECU and ISO code.
I don't know how they get new/updated ISO codes so dropping them an EMail will do not harm.
