We changed this probably a year ago. The configurable options are in red and the PROXI procedure is in blue on top.

We have not removed the PROXI procedure. It could be some kind of bug.
However, I just opened Multiecuscan 2.1 and checked the body section of 147,159,GT,Mito and some other cars and the "CAN Setup / PROXI Alignment" is there.

Ok, then you can try the following: In PROXI settings set Display Type to Matrix/4 lines and do the PROXI alignment again.
Also, after finishing with the PROXI alignment, send me a report (from the red Send Report button in Multiecuscan).

What was the original dash? Dot-matrix or not?

The "Steering wheel buttons" function in PROXI settings is for the Radio/Blue&Me controls on the steering wheel.
It does not control the gearbox paddles on steering wheel.
