Have you removed the resistor is the wrong one!
Not R04
You would need to remove the red marked resistance.

Which Probelm?
There is but only, that is the proxy alignment OK.
And that is not necessary a realignment
And as I see yes you can also connect to the CAN setup produce.
So is your resistor problem no longer exists.

there is write proxy alignment is not needed. i cant execute proxy alignment procedure and i cant open cruise control light. thanks

Since I've read that right!
Why should a proxy alignment be done?
If there is no need. !
That does not make sense, does it not?

Hello Eddy,
just got an Vgate Scan Bluetooth Advanced OBD Scan Tool but it connects only to the engine ECU.

When it comes to the often described here CAN bus problem
you should remove the red marked resitor
