Tell me what's wrong with your car and if I can help you.

Oh thank you my friend. Well , my fiat 500 is a US-SPEC model and came with a Uconnect 5. I Bought a Uconnect 7 from a seller from Europe and after installing in my car , I managed to make i work , NAV , DAB and AppleCar Play and AndroidAuto, but my odometer keeps blinking. When I scan for DTC , show the bellow errors

Body / BCM (Body Computer Module)
Body Computer Delphi (312) MY12
ISO Code: 40 83 EC 8A 0E
VIN code: 3C3AFFARXHT621090
Hardware number: P500L2EU304 - Ver: 03
Software number: 28486828 - Ver: 0702
Errors found:
B10AA-4A - PROXI configuration control - Incorrect component installed

Dashboard / ETM (Entertainment Telematic Module)
Uconnect Radio/Nav 7"
ISO Code: 00 24 70 55 15
Hardware number: F.EU.D8.V28 - Ver: 28
Software number: 23.03.67.12 - Ver: 2303
Errors found:
B223B-00 - Incorrect configuration

The MultiEcuScan tell to me "WARNING: This vehicle is properly configured. PROXI Alignment is not needed!" and I don`t know what to do

My current proxy :

Sorry for such i long history =( , I don`t know, maybe I should try to change the byte 121 = 44 (NAV+Audio) to 40 (Uconnect 5) and byte 123 = 11 and see if it works or not , lol . Any Thoughts?
I think the error B10AA-4A - PROXI configuration control - Incorrect component installed is because your car is American and the uconnect 7 is European and your BCM does not accept it. However, to be sure, what I would do first is reinstall the uconnect 5 and do proxy so that the blinking disappears (this way we make sure that the error is due to the uconnect 7). Once you have everything as it was in the factory, change the uconnect 5 to the uconnect 7 and change byte 148 to 05 where you tell the car that it has a uconnect 7. Bytes 121 and 123 do not influence the blinking or the error. I would leave byte 121 at 40 and 123 at 00 or D5 (this is the DAB, if you leave it at zero nothing about the DAB will appear on the radio, try setting it to zero initially) like the uconnect 5. If the error persists after doing proxy, I'm sorry to tell you that the European uconnect is incompatible with your BCM. The same thing happened to me with an American tpms node that I installed on my European Abarth. The odometer was flickering until I uninstalled it. I hope I've helped you somewhat and please comment here how it went. Greetings.

Hello Ricarpa ,

After a long time and tests , I can finally share the results with you and the MultiEcu community.

Bottom line : The Uconnect 7 from Europe is not compatible with my "American BCM".

I changed to the uconnect 5 and odometer stopped flashing. So when I reinstalled the Uconnect 7 , the errors and the odometer started to blink again.

I would like to thank you for your time and help =)

Greetings

Hi!
Does proxi alignment procedure done correctly also with success in ETM?
Because there cant be notice that "car is correctly configured" with blinking IPC together!
Something is wrong and i mean that it cant write ETM because of any bug.
Check FESLOG file in main MES directory after alignment procedure.
Maybe there will be some hint...

Try changes: 115 to 12 ; 121 to 44 ; 140 to 70 ;
I am exited what will happen...

Hello chrener,

Yes , the fun thing is that the custom proxy writes successfully in all the modules. I Shared the FESlog below. I have some hope that , with your help, I can fix the flashing odometer, It really make me feels pissed off.

I`ll try
"Try changes: 115 to 12 ; 121 to 44 ; 140 to 70 ; " today.
