fiat Ducato campervan 2017 2.3 diesel 130, not on vehicle list

I have a fiat Ducato campervan 2017 2.3 diesel 130 ,having installed the Multiecuscan software licensed version I find that my vehicle is not listed. can someone tell me which set of parameters (vehicle type) I should be using, I have tried all the 2.3 multijet settings and keep getting the same fault message. am using the USB v LinkerFS from Gendan in the UK. I have spoken with a representative there today who has agreed I have all the correct settings on my PC and in the software, but he could not tell me which set of the drop down menu for Fiat Ducato I should be using .Can anyone help me cheers , Alan
