500 Pop Proxi Timeout ALL Modules (2014+ ????)

Hi Yall.

Really need some help...Have a bad Blue & Me module...

Using Vgate/vLinker cable...multiecuscan 5.4

Cannot do a proxi to remove it/resync...All Modules fail with Timeout Error.

BIG issue is that the CAR is a 6-15 build date but scanning the modules they all say "MY12"!!!

What Proxi Alignment do I use??? The normal one or the one that says (2014+)???
(NEITHER are working BTW)

Latency is set to 1...don't know what else to do...

Are you saying that the vGate Linker you said you used in your first post did not work?
