About odometer values meanings

Hello, today i used FES to connect to my Punto MK2 ECU modules and all went fine (using ELM interface).
I'm only a little bit confused about some odometer-related parameters meanings:

On the Engine ECU i have these parameters:
Odometer - 23754 km
Odometer at last programming - 0 km
Number of rewrites - 1

On the Dashboard module the parameter is:
Odometer - 97765 km (this is seen on the drivers panel)

Can you please explain me the meaning of the above parameters?
Can i understand if the odometer values are changed incorrectly by someone?
Can i understand the real kilometers driven by the car using FES?
