FIAT 500 Receiver Radio (NRR) FAILED! - Timeout error

Hello, I am new to doing this whole Multiecuscan Proxi setup.

I have a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. I have a 2015 FTF Cluster.
The car has a aftermarket radio installed.

After attempting to change the FTF Abarth logo. My proxi failed due to

FAILED TO EXECUTE
Receiver Radio (NRR) FAILED! - Timeout error

Does anyone know a work around to bypass this error?
Any help is appreciated.

I’m also willing to pay someone to help me solve this problem.
