Hi,
i have the registered version 5.2R1 installed sept24. One year of updates were included. Can i simply start the SetupMultiecuscan53R1 or do i have to follow the uninstall/reinstall procedure?
Soon i will update from Win10 to Win11. Are there any issues with that?

So your current licence, with updates will expire on 23 Sept 2025.

I recommend you update to the latest level as soon as possible. If there is another update before 203 Sept 2025 then install that as well as soon as it appears.

You do NOT have to uninstall to update. Just run the installer. It will keep your registration information etc.

Now problems running on W11.

If you upgrade from W10 to W11 by an "in-place" upgrade retaining your applications etc. then MES will be fine.

If you get a new PC with W11 then you need to EXPORT your license key from the W10 PC and transfer it to the new PC following the instructions on screen and in the user manual.
