ECU ISO not Recognised Fiat Ducato

Hi,
New user to MES Forum, a general MES question
I am getting an ISO Not Recognised error when trying to connect to my ECU. Vehicle is a Fiat Ducato, 2.3 series 7 2021 build, euro6D, 9 speed auto with Adblue. The vehicle has been in a Fiat workshop for a PM sensor replacement and a brand change meant the the ECU had to be re-flashed, as a result it got a different ISO number.
I am using MES 5.3
At this stage I only want to clear my oil change flags
My question is how often does MES update the database in these situations, and how to I contact them to relay this problem to them? Is there a bug register somewhere?
Thank You. I have done a forum search and replied to one post from 2020.

ISO codes crop up from time to time either from never supported or it then changed after a software update (quite rare as far as I can tell).
Some people get around the never supported issue by choosing another vehicle with the same engine ECU.
With regards to MES updates they vary but normally once or twice per year. See: https://www.multiecuscan.net/ReleaseHistory.aspx

write to support. I think if you send them scan report this should include all new ISO codes so they should be able to use those in later updates.

Thank You s130, much appreciated. I'd be interested to know what's actually involved when MES includes a new ISO module number, whether there's a lot of work involved etc. Cheers.

As for work involved I have no idea.
Generally new ISO codes are generally (I think but don't know for sure) New ECU makes/model or updated ECUs to comply with legal/other requirements. The ISO code (I think) is if you like a hardware/software version reference number.
If new ECU then potentially a lot of work is required. If just a code reference change because the ECU software and parameters, limits, etc. changed with no additional features then probably a simple change for MES.
