Fiat 500 1.0 Hybrid ECU 11GF exchange

Hello
anyone have experience with exchange 11GF ECU on these hybrid fiat cars?
ECU adapt is self to the car, when is in virgin state, as by previous models (5sf, ...) or is neccessary a specific procedure as Proxi aligment or key programming?
I have here a Fiat 500 1.0 Hybrid, ECU 11GF. the ECU was destroyed on impact, not possible to read and clone sw to another ECU.
Got a another used one, bought it as new, but inside are stored data from donor car, also VIN, mileage. show status "programmed".
whats strange first start was possible and engine run few second. Next start isn´t possible and in ECU is stored DTC U0426-62 mini script, the same in BCM.
Never have this type of ECU in my workshop, asked in by Fiat local dealer too, but dont get any usable answer.
