Hi, everyone
I need help here, (getting old 77yrs) I had a licensed copy of multiecuscan which I purchased last year, but I crashed my laptop and lost everything.
but I kept a paper copy of my hardware key 666D64670C1A-167AB7 and my license key.
So I decided to purchase a new one, now that I have got my laptop up and running, I went online and bought the new 5.4 i then paid for a license,
now when I installed the 5.4 one my laptop and went to register the new hardware key is there, but when I put the license key in it says INVALID KEY ???
What am I doing wrong ?? I need to get it up and running has I have a few faults on the dash and I need the car for hospital visits.

Hi Dave

I believe you did not have to buy a new license.

Normally all you need to do is contact MES support with your license key, old hardware code and new hardware code. MES support will then give you what you need to activate your new install.

As you purchase a new license I would get in contact with MES with your problem/situation and hopefully they will get you activated again and give you a refund. OR get your new purchase activated.

Current MES Licenses last perpetual with for the version purchased AND updated versions for 1 year. After updates are no longer available for your last updated version will continue to work.
