MultiECUScan V5.4 For Windows 11

Multiecuscan now has a separate release for Windows 11.
It works correct with the latest Windows 11 updates and also works correct on the systems with ARM procesors.
If you are using Windows 11 then you are recommend to update MES by downloading the Win 11 version from the Home Page.
