Apple IOS (iPhone) with vLinker MS

I purchased Multiecuscan for Apple IOS (iPhone) with vLinker MS for my 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI Sport (2.0L). Works perfect but I was thinking of using Multiecuscan on a PC Laptop connected to the vLinker MS via Bluetooth.

Do I have to buy another Multiecuscan license to use it on the PC Laptop?
