I have tested the program on Stilo JTD with ABS 5.7 (without ASR) yesterday and it worked perfectly.
Anyway, I'm doing some fixes on the communication protocol timings now. Will post an updated version in a few days. Hope it will work for you.

Are you sure that your serial port is configured properly? It seems that it is not.
You need to lower the buffers to minimum and set the latency to minimum (for usb cables).

Did you connect the cable to pin 1 of the ODB connector? You need to connect it to pin 1 for the ABS.

Yesterday I connect Pin 1-7, and the problem with ABS communication.
Connected and disconnected triple times and nothing.
Flashing ABS/ASR icon. CONNECTED IS LOST and again try to connect. That`s all
