Hello yani , i have a Problem with the immobilizer in my 159 1,9 jtd.i can Not Start the Motor . What i can do?

Can FES retrieve any fault codes from the car?

ok. i have no other chance. i must go to fiat for a new programming . 
The fault codes B1029 ,U1600 and U1602 remains, and i cant erase them.
