I have downloaded the lates multiecuscan free software.
I use a ELM327 OBD2 WiFi interface.

I get a connection with the car, but when i try the different modules i.e Valeo parking sensor i just get a message that I need the registered version.
I have tried to use all the other modules, but I just get the same message….
Engine module it tels me that the connection failed.

The only module that works is the "CAN Info" under "Body"

Anyone that knows what is wrong or what i am doing wrong?
Am I doing something wrong? Or can you just simply not use the free version for anything?
When i click the "test" button it does not show any faults.

It says something like: device should work with all CAN modules, after testing

Here are some print screens:

I am rather new to this so i need som newbie help :-)

If you look at the supported vehicles list:

http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx

you will see that for the Alfa159 *every* module listed is in RED and therefore not supported in the free version of MES. To access the 159 properly you will need to buy a license.

Newbie mistake!
Thanks for clearing this up for me. Will have to be more thorough when reading next time :)
