Multiecuscan

I've got a registration to multiecuscan software and it working good,
but it cant read airbag and the body ecu's, i dont know why.
Im using elm usb connection.
any help to read these ecu's ?

If Grande Punto 2010 is what is known a Punto EVO then you will need additional or modified cables.
