fiat ecu scan 1.6 (problem to start program)

HI to all on this forum i have cabel vac com 409.1 usb work ok with vag com alfa diag programs
i download multiecuscan 1.6 start program and i get multiecuscan 16.exe -application eror
the application failed to initiliaze propertly(0x0000135) click ok to terminate the application
i try on my two computers same i need help or some older verzion 1.5 or 1.4
