Multiecuscan 1.7 IOS - Can it program Xenon ECU Alfa 159

Hi,
does anyone know if it's possible to reprogram the Xenon headlamp ECUs on an Alfa 159 with Multiecuscan 1.7 for IOS?
I've just had to change mine for new ones - and inevitably they don't work and need programming to be recognised?
