Not connecting to dashborad node

HI can someone help me out hear please.
I am trying to connect to my Dashboard node and service but it keeps saying check your cable/serial port setting but all of the over stuff is working fine so i know its not the cable or setting and i have the payed version of the software.

It is a alfa 147 1.6 ts lusso and the interface is ELM 327 1.3+

What connections can be done??
ECU Can setup; Can info; service?

The following ELM Interface v1.4 - v1.5 have the CAN Bus Protocol
Multiecuscan with a connection problem

It works fine with all of the over ones just not Dashboard node and service and i used it around 2 weeks ago and it was fine then. This has just started to happen after i put a new head unit in.

With the CAN setup you can make a connection?
Even with the Delphi Climat Control the connection works?
If a boot and Driver Door TRW TRW it works?

For the ELM v1.4 can not do this without the file is modified

Yes the connection works on the Delphi Climat Control /boot and Driver Door TRW and the body just not the dashboard.
