No ECU Response - Alfa 145 '96

Good day Everyone,

I have problems to connect the Engine ECU.
Multiecuscan tells me "NO ECU RESPONSE"

CAR: Alfa Romeo 145 '96
Engine: AR67204
ECU: Bosch Motronic 2.10.3 - 0 261 203 862
Diagnostic cable: Vag KKL/USB + OBD2/3-pin reduction
Driver version: FTDI 2.08.14
Fiat ECU Scan version: 3.0.3
Diagnostic cable is switched to pin 7 KKL/engine
Diagnostic cable is set to COM port 3 in Windows (usb-serial port - COM3)
Also in application Fiat Ecu Scan (Vag-com/KKL - COM3)
Latency is set to 1
Ignition is switched ON
External power supply on 3-pin reduction is connected to + pole of battery
Application Fiat Ecu Scan is registered/activated

Error message: "NO ECU RESPONSE - Check cable or port settings"

NOTE: ECU was successfuly connected with Fiat Examiner (original fiat diagnostic tool)

I sent error report from fiat ecu scan today (30.7.) 11:00 a.m.

Did you tried to connect with other FES version???

Hello,

I have got the exact same problem. All parameters are the same except that the car is from 1997 and not from 1996.

Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
