Problems coonecting ODBLink LX

Hi everyone, I'm trying to do a proxy alignment after fitting a replacement airbag module to a Fiat Ducato. I'm having problems with the bluetooth dongle connecting to my laptop, running Windows 11 Home. I keep getting an error saying "no connection on port COM 3". Any advice wiould be great. Thanks.

Have you gone into Settings and checked the COM ports / devices listed? You can Test your interface as well for connection etc.
