Lancia Musa Error on learning new remote control

Hello!
When I start to add the remote control procedure in MES in my Musa I have to type in the electronic code as first step.
When I do this the MESsays error.
I tried several times always error.
I askwd a dealer to print out my electronic code ti check if the code card I got with my car is correct, it is

What do you need so you can help me?

Interestingly I see a success for the code in the log but the MES knterface had an error and the procedure was stopped.
Any ideas?
