Quadrifoglio proxy vs Multiecuscan

Hi. My problem is that even after performing the Multiecuscan test on my ELM connection and its saying its OK it isnt.
I run the cable test and the result with a grey adaptor is it should connect to all CAN modules (pic 1) . But when I try to do a PROXI alignment I get this error message pic 2. I have tried changing the port settings but that doesn't work.
Please help.
