Connection error

Post by Ecniv »

Hey Guys,

I would like to start out with a thank you note for all that take their time to help me / read my question. ;)

As Microsoft was so kind to give me a free copy of their new operating system I was eager to join the Windows 10 community and although I really like the new OS there is one drawback....

For some reason I can`t get MES to work anymore :( The software starts but everytime I scan for my OBDLINK LX (Bluetooth) it just doesn`t see it or notes "can`t find element".

The following has been done by me so far:

- Doublechecked if net framework has been installed (All versions are)
- Rebooted
- Installed windows 8.1 bluetooth drivers & Rebooted
- Reïnstalled MES & Rebooted
- Reïnstalled the OBDLINK & Rebooted
- Changed COM Ports & Rebooted
- Ran MES in compatibility mode (Windows 7 & 8)

I`m just out of ideas right now and would like to ask you if you have any remaining (A clear cut solution wouldn`t be bad either though  :P  ).

Thanks again.
