iOS version of MES

Hi, before I go ahead and purchase MES for iOS can anyone please confirm that it has full functionality, the same as the Windows/laptop version?

Also I have a generic Bluetooth ELM327 scanner but this doesn’t seem to work, will a Wi-Fi equivalent be ok?
