Unable to reset service interval

I am getting an error message when I try to reset the dashboard service indicator using the software. The error I get is unable to execute.

However, I can reset the oil indicator under Engine Management>Magneti Marelli IAW>Oil Change perfectly fine.

When I go to Service>Service Interval Reset>Next Service KM Reset I get the error “unable to execute”.

I am using the StarDiag ELM327 interface with WiFi. My vehicle is a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia 2.0. My build date is 3/2018 however I do not have a SGW installed on my car.

I am using the iPhone app, full version.

Do you think it is because I am using the app? Do I need to purchase the windows version? Or am I doing something wrong?
