Fiat Abarth 595 (Check Parking Lights fault)

Hi hoping someone mite be able to shed some light as I’m getting very near to chucking the towel in, I’ve got a Fiat Abarth 595 MY17 I’ve got a fault that pops up when I turn my lights on saying (Check parking lights) & fault codes on Multicuescan are :
B1022-13 - Left or front side lights - Open circuit
B1021-13 - Right side lights or taillights - Open circuit

I’ve checked fuses 37 & 51 & tested
Inspected earth lead off battery looked ok
I’ve removed rubber sheath on boot lid & inspected couldn’t see any issues, & I’ve also disconnected the battery for 15 minutes, cleaning terminals on battery & rear lights, light bulbs, brake lights work fine as do head lights but don’t think I have side lights nor do the rear lights work other than braking…

Any advise or what it could be?

Also to make things harder the car was previously stolen & the key I have isn’t the original & on closer inspection I don’t think the BCM is original or has definitely been removed at some point which makes sense to have a different key, so if this maybe points anything in the right direction? Everything else works ok just seems to be side lights front & rear…

This is what’s fitted if it’s even correct… maybe why I’m getting this issue?
